Girl Scouts of Central Illinois has transitioned to a new event registration platform called gsEvents. This will replace our current system of Doubleknot.

Adventure Guide - September 2022 - January 2023

Use the right and left arrows to see events on the monthly calendar. Click an event to get a quick look at the event date, time, location, and short description. In the pop-up, click the green title of the event to see the full details.

Come one, come all to the greatest festivities at camp! Join hundreds of other Girl Scouts at this . Enjoy the fun as you play games, have cotton candy, get your face painted and more! Of course, enjoy all your camp favorites too like singing around the campfire, boating, tie-dye and archery. You can even sign up for additional activities to fly through the air on the zip line and take a ride around the ring at the barn. See you at camp!

Please note: Those wanting to do the climbing wall, zip line, or ride horses must pre-register online and pay an additional fee per activity. These sessions go fast and space is very limited, so register early!

Zipline Session Links:

• Session 1 - 11:00 a.m. - Noon
• Session 2 - 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Come join us for a day of fellowship, learning and FUN!  The day is for adult volunteers and will be filled with opportunities to learn about Basic Outdoor Training, Advanced Outdoor Cooking, Outdoor Adventure and lots of other fun activities.  You will have the opportunity to spend time with other leaders and volunteers and gather new ideas to share with your Girl Scout troop. 

All attendees are invited to stay overnight on Saturday for a $10 additional fee.  If you are traveling an hour or more to Camp Widjiwagan, you are invited to spend the night on Friday for a $5 additional fee.  

Basic Outdoor Training and Outdoor Adventure will take place simultaneously.  Select Outdoor Adventure during the registration process ONLY if you have previously taken Basic Outdoor Training.
