Travel with GSCSA staff to see some of the country's most beautiful national parks in summer 2025 (6 days). Girl Scouts 13 years and older may participate in this trip! Girls can come with an adult or travel with GSCSA staff as their chaperone.

Girl Scouts will experience the beauty of the American West on this amazing trip to visit state and national parks in Nevada, Utah, and Arizona. Girls will hike through breathtaking geological formations, take a float trip down the Colorado River, and see the stars in the desert sky.

Cost includes: airfare and transportation, hotels, all meals, full-time tour director, guided sightseeing and experiences, entrances, 24-hour emergency services

What are Destinations?

It’s a term sometimes used to describe the three options in the Travel Pathway. But basically, Destinations mean TRAVEL!

Three kinds of trips are available:

Destinations

Trips designed for individual Girl Scouts from across the nation and globe; includes domestic and international opportunities
For girls age 11-18
Home councils (that’s us!) send girls’ applications to the trip sponsor
Due to us by November 13 (for Round 1) or February 5 (for Round 2)

Getaways

Short-term domestic travel for Girl Scout troops or groups
Apply directly to the event sponsor
Ages vary; see event listings

International Events

WAGGGS programs and international events for troops and groups hosted by international scouting and guiding organizations.
