If you enjoy working with children, making a positive difference in
others' lives, challenging yourself with new experiences and learning,
meeting new people, and working in a supportive team; a position at
one of our GSACPC camps could be a great fit!
A job at camp can prepare you for your first year of college,
managing your finances, living with roommates, handling emergencies,
working effectively with others, and care-taking and supervising
children. You can apply all the skills from working at camp to any
profession! Whether you want to be a teacher, psychologist, outdoor
educator, scientist, engineer, designer, music, or art professional.
The list goes on and on!
You’ll work alongside experienced camp professionals who guide and
support you. As you promote growth and confidence in campers, you also
gain skills and confidence. We hope you apply for a position at camp!
Consider working at one of our
summer camps. You’ll work with girls of different ages, who may
be seasoned Girl Scouts or first-time campers. Our staff knows how to
work hard and play hard. We offer camp experiences like no other,
complete with wireless internet access and time off to explore all
that Arizona offers.
Living and Commuting to Camp
Camp staff working at one of our three Northern Arizona camps (Camp
Maripai, Willow Springs, and Shadow Rim Ranch) will reside on-site for
the entire camp season, late May through early August. Staff will
receive a two-hour daily break, a 24-hour weekly break, and will be
provided lodging and meals.
Camp staff working in Phoenix (Parsons Leadership Center) have the
option to reside at camp or commute daily to the property in June and
reside onsite for the July sessions (3-day & 2 night), providing a
flexible opportunity for metro Phoenix candidates. Commuting staff
will receive breakfast and lunch, and resident staff will receive
lodging and meals. When applying, please specify which option
interests you.
