Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines troops and groups can reserve a campsite at one of our four camps for year-round camping. Refer to our Camp Manual for more information and use specific camp sections below to view individual camp manuals, amenities, and reservation information.

Troops going overnight camping must be accompanied by at least one adult who has successfully completed Outdoor I and II trainings and at least one adult who is qualified to render First Aid. 

Additionally, view information about reserving our Troop Room at the Raleigh Service Center.

 Camp Graham

About Camp Graham

Located in Vance County, this 155 acre camp sits on picturesque Kerr Lake. The property hosts two platform tent units, two cabin units and lots of open fields that are ideal for tent camping and group activities. In addition, the camp also has an open-air amphitheater and dining hall which make it a popular camping spot. 

What makes Camp Graham unique is its incredible semi-private cove which is ideal for a variety of water sports including canoeing, swimming, and sailing. Camp Graham is also home to our Cloverfield Treehouse Units, where girls can sleep among the trees. 

Camp Graham is used for resident camp during the summer months but is available for troop camping, service unit events and community rental during the school year.

About Camp Hardee

Located southeast of Washington, NC on the south side of the Pamlico River consists of 95 acres with river frontage, woodlands, and open space. The smaller and more intimate of our properties, Camp Hardee offers modern comforts while providing a genuine camp experience. The property hosts 10 cabins with bunk beds and HVAC systems as well as an encampment field for tent camping.

What makes Camp Hardee truly special is its multi colored cabins and beautiful views of the Pamlico River. On a clear day, you can see the dolphins jumping!

Camp Hardee is used for resident camp during the summer months but is available for troop camping, service unit events and community rental during the school year.

About Camp Mary Atkinson

Located in Johnston County, Camp Mary Atkinson features two platform tent units, two cabin units and lots of open fields that are ideal for tent camping and group activities. In addition, its Program Building, Leadership Center, and Craft Shelter offer covered areas to meet and do activities.

What makes Camp Mary Atkinson truly special is, depending on age level, visitors are offered the chance to climb the alpine tower (grade 4 and up) and boulder on the climbing grotto. All visitors have access to a zero entry swimming pool and a lake, which offers visitors a chance to swim as well as participate in watercraft activities that include canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding.

Camp Mary Atkinson is used for resident camp during the summer months but is available for troop camping, service unit events and community rental during the school year.

Leadership Center

The Girl Scout Leadership Center at Camp Mary Atkinson offers 16,000 square feet of corporate and community meeting space and commercial kitchen with views of forest and woodland meadow.

The Girl Scout Leadership Center is the ideal location for corporate retreats, workshops, board meetings, and breakfast and lunch gatherings. During the summer months, it’s used as the dining hall for resident and day camps.

Camp Mu-Sha-Ni

About Camp Mu-Sha-Ni

Camp Mu-Sha-Ni is located in Richmond County; about 10 miles west of Aberdeen, near Derby, and is part of an area in NC known as the Sandhills. Here campers can explore 843 acres of fields, forest, ponds and wetlands. Camp Mu-Sha-Ni has accommodations for 166 campers. 

There are 30 platform tents and two cabins at Mu-Sha-Ni; plus an Encampment Field that has room for 300 more when campers bring their own tents. Come visit the beaver dam and hike fun trails when you visit this property!

Camp Mu-Sha-Ni is available for year-round troop camping reservations.

Troops can rent the Troop Room at the Raleigh Service Center. Outfitted with a kitchen, meeting room, bathrooms and shower facilities, it's the perfect place to start your adventures in the capital city. In order to reserve, fill out the reservation form.
