SHIPPING INFORMATION

When you pay for shipping and handling, you're helping empower girls to do more with their cookie earnings. These fees go directly to the vendors who help us make sure your delicious cookies get to you and that the cookie money gets to her troop. That way, she and her friends can go out into their communities and do amazing things. Thank you for your support!

There's a four package minimum order for shipping.

Donated cookies do not have a shipping cost and do not count towards the four package minimum.

Delivery Time -- Shipped Orders

DELIVERY TIME – SHIPPED ORDERS

It normally takes 2-15 business days for your shipped order to arrive at U.S. and premium locations. This could potentially be delayed by any COVID-19 restrictions that are put into effect. To ensure your order is delivered to you, please use a residential address.

Need your delicious Girl Scout Cookies in a flash? Use the Shipping option to get them to your door — yum! Plus shipping your cookie allows you to support Girl Scouts around the country, not just locally. Four package minimum order, please!

Shipping to a premium location such as Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO/DPO? We're happy to go the extra mile — we just need an additional $5 to make it happen. These cookies and the impact you're making with your purchase are so worth it.

In-Person Delivery

In-person delivery may not be offered by every troop. 

PARENT APPROVAL
In-Person delivery requires approval by a girl's parent. If your request is approved, you'll receive an email. If your order is not approved within 5 days, your order will default to the secondary option you chose during checkout (donate order or cancel), and you'll receive a notification.

COOKIE DELIVERY TIME
 There will be a delay in the arrival of your cookies until such time as it is deemed safe for girls and parents to make in-person deliveries in your local community. When the Girl Scout has your order ready and can be sure of her safety and yours, you'll be contacted to arrange your free delivery. We thank you for your patience.
