You are the HEART of Girl Scouting. And we YOU!
From troop leaders to cookie managers, you are the heart of Girl
Scouts, and you have kept our pulse strong.
This year we have planned so much fun that we couldn’t fit it all
into Volunteer Appreciation Week so our fun is sprinkled throughout
late April to show our appreciation and celebrate YOU!
Thank you for lending your energy and talent and for believing in
the power of the girl. Thank you for giving girls the space to test
their ideas and express their feelings about our ever-changing world.
We see the results. We see the confidence, the "we’ve got
this" troop energy that only you can inspire. Because of you we
have community. Because of you we have resilience. Because of you we
have Girl Scouts.
On April 22—Girl Scout Leader’s Day—we give extra kudos to
you. Girl Scout volunteers: we love you, and we’re forever grateful to
you for being the role models girls look up to. We appreciate
everything you do in support of Girl Scouting.
From the bottom of OUR hearts, thank you!
We invite you to listen to this special message for our volunteers
from CEO Nancy Wright. She is also inviting volunteers to join her for
an exclusive, informal Fireside Chat on Wednesday, April 19, at 6:30
p.m. where she will answer questions and share her gratitude for all
that our volunteers do for Girl Scouts.

How to Celebrate Your Volunteers
For all of April, show your favorite Girl Scout volunteers, like your
troop leader or your cookie manager, how much they mean to you. Even
if you can’t see them in person right now, here are a few ways to show
you care:
Other ways for families and Girl Scouts to share the love!
Special thanks to Raising Cane’s for being a sponsor of our Volunteer
Appreciation this year. Their generous donation will help us show our
gratitude to thousands of our volunteers!
