Become a Community Partner

Our community partners offer program support, avenues for community service, and one-of-a kind activities, outings, and events to our members that enhance their Girl Scout Leadership Experience. We’re excited to partner with your organization and welcome your support, from joining together to offer a fun outing to providing a program or activity that aligns to our national curriculum together we can bring new opportunities and exciting adventures to our troops and girls!

Partner with Girl Scouts

We invite you to join us as a Community Partner in one or all of the partner categories below:

Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) Partner for Badges or Journeys

GSLE Partners support girls and troops by offering activities that align with the requirements of specific Girl Scout badges and awards and support girls as they explore their interests and learn new skills.

Resource or Just for Fun Partner

Just for Fun Patch or Just for Fun Outing Partners offer activities or community service opportunities to Girl Scout members that align to the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) or are educational in nature. These activities should enhance the GSLE and support the Girl Scout mission.

Community Discounts

Discount Partners offer activities that are open to the public and provide a discount or special offer to Girl Scout members and their families

Community Opportunities

Community Opportunities are events and activities that are open to the public. Girl Scouts North Carolina Coastal Pines evaluates each opportunity for alignment to our Mission and values. Although girls are not completing badge or patch requirements nor receiving a special Girl Scout discount, we’re happy to share these opportunities for the value-added experience offered.

We share the invite on behalf of the provider, but these events and activities are not sponsored by Girl Scouts North Carolina Coastal Pines.


 

Getting Started

Community Partner Information Packet

Girl Scouts North Carolina Coastal Pines partners with businesses, organizations and content area experts to offer quality educational programs for our members. If your business or organization is looking to connect with our members and give back to your community, consider partnering with us! We are looking for Community Partners who are excited to offer opportunities across our council to girls and adult volunteers plus their families.

Ready to get started? Take the first step by reviewing the Community Partner Information Packet.

Community Partner Interest Form

After reviewing the community partner information packet, submit your Community Partner Interest Form. Your submission will be reviewed within 10 business days. During the review process a member of the program team will contact you to discuss your interest and answer any outstanding questions.  We’re excited to partner with you and looking forward to reviewing your submission.

Community Partner Agreement

Organizations may partner with Girl Scouts North Carolina Pines in different ways. Be sure to read through the entire Community Partner Information Packet prior to filling out this agreement. Your opportunity will be posted to our website and shared with our members once you have completed and submitted the Community Partner Agreement.

Community Discount and Community Opportunity Partners are not required to complete the Community Partner Agreement but should comply with the agreement to maintain the partnership. It is important to note, Girl Scouts North Carolina Coastal Pines does not sponsor these activities.
