Each year, Girl Scouts of Colorado selects and honors 10 outstanding women in our community to induct as the new class of Women of Distinction. These women have displayed exemplary leadership and commitment to advancing the profile of women and girls in our community. They serve as inspirations to Girl Scouts and exemplify the courage, confidence, and character of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
Beginning in 2022, we will also recognize one woman each year as our Woman of Distinction Gold. This lifetime achievement award will be bestowed upon one exceptional woman who has not only exemplified the qualities of a Woman of Distinction but has gone above and beyond to make a significant impact on our community, much like our Gold Award Girl Scouts.
