Employment

Growth is our business.  Employees with the Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts are challenged and supported to excel individually and collectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  Working with our volunteer partners, we help girls reach their fullest potential.

Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts (GSCWM) is an equal opportunity employer that strives to reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.  As a membership organization, we place a high value on Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) membership.  Full-time, year-round employees are required to maintain annual membership with GSUSA and, as a benefit, we cover the annual expense.  We offer a comprehensive benefits package, generous time off and flexibility.

Share your talents and passion with an organization that builds girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place!

Seasonal Employment Positions

Summer camps will be starting before you know it and we’re hiring camp staff members who are excited to help girls build courage, confidence, and character in an outdoor setting. Creating and maintaining an environment where diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are genuine goals and drivers for our work is everyone’s job. If you thrive in the outdoors, and love the spontaneity and high-energy of working with girls, spending your summer at Girl Scout camp might be a good fit for you.

You can find a listing of available seasonal camp staff positions and brief position descriptions here.
