Interest Groups
Interest Groups provide volunteer-run outdoor program opportunities for older girls. All Girl Scouts in grades 5-12 are welcome to join, whether they are independent Girl Scouts or members of a traditional troop.
High Adventure Girl Scouts
Brainstorm, research, and vote on four high adventure trips
each year. Trips take place on weekends and includes an on overnight
campout. Previous trips have included Moaning Caverns, Elkhorn Slough,
snow tubing in the Sierras, white water rafting on the American River.

Mariner Girl Scouts
On Mariner Scout Ship TRADEWIND, girls in 8th grade through
high school can participate in team building, leadership, and fun
adventures involving boating and sailing. Check out

Media Girl Squad
As part of the GSNorCal Media Squad,
Girl Scouts are honing their journalism skills by writing articles!
