Right now, Girl Scouts are meeting furry friends at the local animal shelters, giggling past lights-out at star-gazing sleepovers, and learning how their favorite roller coasters work.

Above all else, they’re having a blast—because they know bringing the fun is all about being their true selves, trying new things, and cheering each other on.

Membership Dues

The annual cost to join Girl Scouts of Northern California is $40 for a youth member and $25 for an adult member. Girl Scout membership must be renewed annually. The membership year is October 1-September 30.

The cost includes:

$25 membership dues, all of which goes directly to Girl Scouts of the USA to support the movement at the national level
$15 council service fee (for youth members only), stays with Girl Scouts of Northern California to support the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) at the local level

Between April 1 and July 31, new members are offered an Extended Year membership which will cover the rest of this year and next for just $10 more each ($50/girl, $35/adult).

**Note: Membership and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.**
