While we know nothing can replace the in-person camp experience,
we're excited to announce Tajar's Treehouse, our
virtual summer camp program, bringing the magic of camp direct to your
troop's living room, backyard, or neighborhood park!
Developed by our team of outdoor professionals, Tajar's Treehouse
engages girls in age-based cabin groups, all-camp campfires, and both
on- and offline activities that encourage girls to connect with each
other, stay active, and enjoy summer camp from home. With programs for
each age level in four categories—Health & Wellness,
Sisterhood & Belonging, Leading Change, and Planning for
Adventure—your girls can still have an amazing Girl Scout
summer this year!
Psst... Looking for more volunteer tips for taking your Girl Scout troop digital? Our volunteer troop leaders come from all over the country and work with diverse girls and communities to deliver the best Girl Scout experience, so their advice is worth its weight in gold! GSUSA is even hosting live webcast series.
Sunny Resources for the Socially Distant Girl Scout
Life may be a little strange right now, but we’re all grateful
for more sunshine, more sisterhood, and more opportunities to step up
as Girl Scouts.
Early Bird Renewal Incentives and Resources
Girl Scouts is more valuable than ever, so renewing your and your troop's memberships is key to providing them the support, sisterhood, and fun they deserve today and every day. Early Bird renewal ends June 30, 2020, and both troop and service unit incentives are too good to miss out on this year! Girls this year can also use their Product Program Reward Cards to pay for renewal, or request financial aid. And what better graduation present for Ambassador Girl Scouts than a lifetime membership, which comes with a free gift if purchased before July 31, 2020!
Even More At-Home Resources
Girl Scouts isn’t just somewhere girls go or something
they do—it’s who they are day in, day out. Enter Girl Scouts at Home, our online hub where Girl
Scouts can keep learning, growing, and connecting remotely. Browse the
virtual events calendar, explore badges that can be done at home, and
take on a self-guided activity at a virtual troop meeting. You can
also join our Facebook group, GSNorCal LIVE!, where our online community is
sharing resources and hosting live activities for girls and families,
or visit GSUSA's page for even more events and resources.
National Service Projects
From educating communities about food production during the Spanish flu pandemic to training in first aid during WWII, Girl Scouts have always stepped up in times of need. All across the globe, Girl Scouts have leapt to the aid of others through national service projects. Now your troop can get involved too!

Does your employer offer “Dollars for Doers"? Many
companies encourage their employees to volunteer in the communities
where they live and work—in turn, the employer will offer matching
dollars for the hours. Inquire with your Human Resources department
about your program, or check out this list of companies that offer this kind of
financial support!
