Troop, Girl & Family Resources

Along with this website, your Service Unit Product Sale Coordinator (PSC) is your go-to person when you need help with the Treats, Reads & More Program! They will tell you when the product will arrive for your area, and they can guide you throughout the program. Be sure to stay in contact with them and communicate any questions or concerns with them!

M2OS is the NEW online ordering system utilized during the Treats, Reads & More Program. As a troop volunteer, you’ll receive an email with access to the site starting on or around Friday, September 23, 2022. If you can’t find your welcome email, visit M2OS, enter your email address and click “Forgot Your Password.” If you still can’t access the system, simply email info@gsnypenn.org and a GSNYPENN representative will get back to you!

HELPFUL TROOP AGREEMENTS & DOCUMENTS

All documents must be completed before the Treats, Reads & More Program starts on Saturday, October 1, 2022, or once the troop distributes sales materials to girls.

Annual Payment Policy
As of MY2018, GSNYPENN does not require troops to complete the Payment Policy Agreement if their bank account information has not changed.

Please note: brand-new troops, troops who have a new account and/or have a new account signer will need to provide an updated payment policy form. Contact your Membership Support Manager (MSM) for questions or assistance.

2022 Troop Product Agreement JotForm
The Troop Product Manager’s purpose is to manage all facets of their Girl Scout troop’s annual Treats, Reads & More Program in a manner consistent with the Girl Scout Mission, Promise and Law, and policies and goals of GSNYPENN and GSUSA. This digital form ensures that the Troop Product Manager follows the set guidelines for the program! If a troop does not have a Troop Product Manager, the troop co-leader must complete the agreement. The more volunteers that complete it, the better.

2022 Fall Opt-Out Option for Girl Scout Junior/Cadette/Senior/Ambassador Troops
Troops at GS Junior level and up can earn an extra 5% of their total sales in troop proceeds! Girls interested in earning 25% and no rewards (but will earn patches) must unanimously agree to opt-out of earning rewards. Print and complete this agreement with your troop. Return the agreement by October 28, 2022, to: GSNYPENN Cicero Service Center, Attn: Fall Opt-Out, 8170 Thompson Rd., Cicero, NY 13039

Troop/Member Change Form
Any troop leader/parent who would like to initiate a transfer of an adult or girl to a new troop should fill out this form. It's an online fillable form and easy to complete. It is very important, especially this time of year, to ensure girls are where they are supposed to be for the Treats, Reads & More Program!

*Note: Make sure your Girl Scout is in the correct troop! Once a girl has an order assigned to her in M2OS we will not be able to move her.
