Seth Lewis is the Director of Arts Council Oklahoma City’s
Festival of the Arts. As Festival Director, he works with volunteer
co-chairs to oversee and coordinate the planning and implementation of
all Festival activities developed by over 40 volunteer committees. In
his role, he works with volunteer leaders to recruit and train
approximately 400 volunteers and maintain a team environment that
facilitates the volunteer/staff partnership necessary to produce a
successful Festival. Seth additionally produces local and national
events and formerly worked in sports entertainment with the OKC
Dodgers and hospitality in Oklahoma City. In his free time, Seth
enjoys supporting the local arts and non-profit scene.
Brian Bogert is a restaurateur and co-founder of Oklahoma City
restaurant group, The Social Order Dining Collective. Brian has 20
years of experience in the restaurant industry and is the
owner-operator of 10 restaurants throughout Oklahoma, employing nearly
500 hospitality workers and over 60 salaried managers. Brian is a top
franchisee in both the Fuzzy’s Taco Shop & Texadelphia systems,
where his locations are consistently among the top-performing units in
the country. Brian has also created multiple successful original
concepts in the Oklahoma City metro area. In 2017, Brian and his
partner, Graham Colton opened The Jones Assembly, a 225-seat
restaurant and 1,600 capacity concert venue. The Jones Assembly has
been pivotal in helping transform the food and music scene in Oklahoma
City, and reinvigorating the west side of downtown. Most recently
Brian created and opened SPARK at Scissortail Park with various
partners of The Social Order.
Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Brian graduated from the Cox
School of Business Honors College at Southern Methodist University in
Dallas, TX with degrees in Finance and Marketing. Immediately
following college Brian went to work for Accenture, the largest
management consulting company in the world. As an experienced
consultant Brian worked with several fortune 500 companies as well as
the U.S. government to help transform the countries airport security
checkpoints after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Brian’s work travels
domestically and internationally reignited his passion for the
restaurant industry and sparked him to bring new concepts back to his hometown.
Brian is invested in the renaissance and continued growth of
Oklahoma. Whether it’s creating a new concept or furthering the
success of an existing brand, he believes in raising Oklahoma’s
standards and never settling for less than the best. Brian prides
himself on being an accessible boss and helping his team members reach
their personal and professional goals. When he’s not opening,
operating, or eating at one of his restaurants, you can find Brian
traveling the world (pre-covid) or on a tennis court. Brian is active
in the Oklahoma City community, where he is a board member for Cleats
for Kids, OKC Ballet, Oklahoma Restaurant Association, and Leadership
OKC alumni board. Brian is also an appointed member to the MAPS4
Neighborhoods subcommittee as well as the Oklahoma Tourism Promotion
Advisory Committee. Brian was also the former 8-year
championship-winning head tennis coach for Heritage Hall high school.
Zena Dater currently works at Market Source Restaurant
Supply. After 20 plus years on the restaurant multi-unit operations
side, she changed careers and took on the task of selling restaurant
equipment & smallware. She been fortunate to partner with many
customers for the past 28 years. She has been recognized as a top
salesperson in the United States by FE&S magazine. She is very
active in the Oklahoma Restaurant Association and served on their
board for 25 + years. She enjoys every minute of her job, and
building long lasting relationships with customers. Spending time
with her family is her favorite thing to do when she is not working
in her yard.
