Girl Scout Gold Award Go Gold

Gold Award Girl Scouts

Issues of the world, meet your match.

Since 1916, Girl Scouts have been making meaningful, sustainable change in their communities and around the world. The Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest honor a Girl Scout can earn, acknowledges the power behind each recipient’s dedication to not only empowering and bettering herself, but also to making the world a better place for others. Gold Award Girl Scouts are courageous leaders and visionary change makers.

Once achieved, it shows colleges, employers, and your community that you’re out there changing the world.

Join a century of women who have done big things. Learn about scholarships for Gold Award Girl Scouts, the history of the Gold Award, and the benefits of going Gold.

Resources
Gold Award Alliance

As a Council, we are working to spread the word regarding the significance of girls who receive their Gold Award and to demonstrate to people throughout our community the significance of the award and the value it brings.

To do that, we are working to gather information on past Gold Award recipients (including Golden Eaglet, Curved Bar, etc.) who currently reside in our 39 serviced counties in central and western Oklahoma.

If you are a past Gold Award recipient or know of someone who is, please help us by filling out the form so we may grow our Gold Award Alumnae Alliance.
