Camp Investment Campaign

Did you know, spending time in nature is linked to both cognitive benefits and improvements in mood, mental health, and emotional well-being ? In fact, just feeling connected to nature can provide similar benefits, regardless of how much time we spend outdoors. This is why outdoor adventures and camps are a top priority for our council.

Your contribution to the Camp Investment Campaign can ensure Girl Scout camps are available for outdoor adventures for years to come. 

Amplify Their Impact

200 cookie entrepreneurs donated a total of $5,500 from their earned cookie rewards to maintain and improve our camp properties this year. You can amplify their impact and help raise an additional $15,000 by making a gift today! Your contribution to the Camp Investment Campaign will support safe program spaces for youth to unplug, relax, reconnect with nature, and build relationships with their fellow Girl Scouts.  

Gifts of $25 or more will receive this year’s collectible patch that highlights Maggie’s Barn at the Chico Program Center — a large covered space ideal for all kinds of activities: messy crafts, hands on science projects, trainings, and even overnighters!   

We only have a limited number of patches available, so don’t wait to donate to the Camp Investment Campaign!
