All members are invited to attend our annual meeting. Everyone is
welcome!
Dress code is camp attire—wear your favorite
GSNYPENN camp shirt or something Girl Scout-branded. Dress comfortably
with closed-toe shoes as we will be venturing outside on the
property.
Meet and greet our Board of Directors, staff
and Service Unit Delegates.
During morning sessions take a walking tour of Camp Trefoil, participate in STEM activities with our Girl Advisory Board (GAB) members, learn about future council plans, or attend a conversation on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Stay for the afternoon business meeting (delegates required to attend) to hear council updates, look back at our GAB members’ visit to the U.N., and vote on the 56th National Council Session Proposals.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

- 1:15-3:30 - Business meeting
- 3:30 - Adjourned
Optional overnight accommodations are available Friday evening for an additional $10 per person if interested, with snacks/light dinner provided at 7 p.m. Overnight attendees are asked to bring their own bedding and shower items.
