Silver Award Girl Scouts

When Girl Scout Cadettes focus on an issue they care about, learn the facts, and take action to make a difference, they gain the confidence and skills that will catapult them to lifelong success. It all adds up to the Girl Scout Silver Award—the highest honor a Cadette can achieve. 

To get started:

You must complete this free online training course to begin your Silver Award process. The council will be notified once you have completed this course.

Silver Award Submission Process

Silver Award Highest Award submissions may be made digitally, by drop-off, or by mail.

• Digital/email:
  • Email to customercare@girlscouts-swtx.org
  • Subject line: Silver Award Submission

• Mail to: Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas, “Attn: Teen Girl Experience,” 811 N. Coker Loop, San Antonio, TX 78216
  
  
• Drop-off/in-person:
  1. Sally Cheever Girl Scout Leadership Center (address above) via the gray drop box in front of the building. (Please submit original copy and keep a copy for your records.)
  2. Place in a sealed envelope with “Attn: Teen Girl Experience."
  3. Then send an email to our Customer Care Department at customercare@girlscouts-swtx.org alerting us of your submission. Subject: Silver Award In-person Drop-off. In the message, note the date and time the package was left

Don’t submit just your forms! Include links, websites, and/or videos that were created as part of the project. Include photos of you completing your project, if you can.
