Partner Portal

Girl Scouts of Western Washington is proud to partner with community organizations across our council to provide opportunities for our members. Does your programming meet the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and fall into one of our focus areas: Life Skills, Entrepreneurship, STEAM, College and Career Readiness, or Outdoors? We’d be thrilled to partner with you!

Through our new $50 annual Partner Package, Girl Scouts of Western Washington will:

  • Support your organization with event planning and management.
  • List your organization as an approved partner on our website.
  • Include partner program registration on our Activities Calendar.
  • Market your program opportunities to our 15,000+ youth members.

Become an Approved GSWW Partner!

Step 1: Submit Your Partner Agreement

Carefully read our new Partner Agreement. Sign and send the form to partners@girlscoutsww.org. If you plan on hosting in-person events, please attach your organization's Certificate of Insurance (not required for virtual programming).

Step 2: Purchase Your Partner Package

Submit your annual $50 partnership fee. This fee helps cover admin costs for building your events on our website and promoting them to our members.

Step 3: Complete Criminal Background Check

After you purchase an annual partner package, you will receive an email from Sterling Volunteers containing a link to a secure webform where you will complete your criminal background check (CBC). All partnering organizations are required to complete this CBC for anyone who may be present during their program.

Step 4: Submit Your Programs

Send us your upcoming programs through the Partner Event Submission Form. We will add them to our calendar and promote them to our members through social media and email.

Step 5: Attend a Virtual Partner Training

Attend the new virtual GSWW Partners 101 training, offered monthly by our Partner Programs Manager. You only need to attend once per year.

Step 6: Reach Out to Your Program Participants

After each of your programs, please send all participants the follow-up email provided in Partner Resources. This follow-up email includes a survey link so GSWW can track the number of youth attending our partner programs. You will be sent a password to access this folder after purchasing an annual partner package.

When you become our official partner, your organization will be listed on the new GSWW Approved Partners page on our website. We will include a brief description of your program offerings with contact information so volunteers can reach out directly with questions or program requests.
