Who Can Rent Our Camps

Girl Scout Troops, Groups, and Households

  • Please review our Member Safety Guidelines for current group size limitations applicable at the time of your visit to camp.
  • For troops, all participants must have active Girl Scout membership for the dates of your visit to camp. JOIN or RENEW today!
  • Program Area Use at Camp: Some campsites have a boat dock, swim dock, or archery course available to reserve. Please note that you will have to provide the certified instructors in order to use these program areas, per our Safety Activity Checkpoints. If you have questions about using program areas or need more information, you can email us at sitereservation@girlscoutsww.org for assistance.

Troops and Volunteer Groups Site Use

Girl Scouts of Western Washington troops and volunteer groups are allowed to use camp property at no charge for troop and volunteer meetings under 3 hours in length. If your meeting is 3 hours or more, you will be asked to reserve the site and pay a Day Use or Overnight fee depending on event parameters. Exceptions are made for troops or groups performing a work party or camp service project.

  • Non-Peak Season Use:  (Monday–Sunday in November–March, Monday–Thursday in April–October, Easter Weekend) Groups may schedule recurring meetings between Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week.  However, we may need to cancel or move your meeting to a different location on site when camp is reserved for revenue-generating or council programming purposes.
  • Seasonal Property Closure: Many of our camp units close for the winter to prevent water line freezing and other issues during the cold weather season. These camp units will not be available for troop meetings unless prior arrangements are made with the site manager.
  • Peak Season Use: (Friday–Sunday in April–October) Groups may schedule meetings no more than two weeks out from their desired date.
  • Resident Camp Sessions: These types of group meetings are not allowed to occur at a camp property during Resident Camp Sessions.

Request Site Use
Troops and volunteer groups should use the Troop & Volunteer Groups Weekday Meeting Request Form to put in their requests. Any questions can be directed to the Site Reservations Manager at sitereservation@girlscoutsww.org .
