Each of our regional offices—in Bellevue, Bremerton, DuPont, and
Everett—offer a different variety of equipment that you can rent,
including: flags, parade banners, program kits, sewing machines,
resource books (about ceremonies, crafts, songs, science, history,
nature, and camping), and more. Our King County office also offers
camping and backpacking equipment like tents, Dutch ovens, and

Partner & Volunteer Events
Help us expand our programming by submitting a partner or volunteer event! To propose your event, please fill out this form at least 8 weeks in advance of your event. Fill out this form to submit your event!
Programs/events to be shared with Girl Scouts may include:
- A discount for members of Girl Scouts of Western Washington to attend the program(s) you are currently offering.
- A new program built in collaboration with a Girl Experience Manager or volunteer with Event Director training.
- A scheduled event with a program element just for Girl Scouts.
